Projective Tests

There are certain tests which take a different route. They may seem to be vague or obscure for the lay people. However, the psychology professionals know the true worth of these assessments. These tests may present the client with certain pictures or images that are open to several interpretations. Clients have to respond according to their own understanding. The responses, in turn, help the psychologist draw certain valuable inferences about the client’s personality. The Rorschach, TAT, CAT, Sentence Completion Tests, etc. are a few projective tests that have been in use for decades.
